1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your apparel items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition. Apparel that shows signs of wear, stretching, sweat, or laundering will not be accepted.
Original Tags Attached: All original hangtags, labels (including EasyTear™ labels if applicable), and packaging must be intact and attached.
No Odors or Stains: Items must be free of pet hair, dirt, smoke, perfume, deodorant marks, or makeup stains.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom/Command Apparel: Custom-printed, personalized, or specialized unit/command-branded items are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support: Email our customer service team at sales@deckplateready.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging (or a secure poly mailer).
Ship It Back: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund).
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color of the same item, please specify this when initiating your return so we can reserve your stock.
